Low angle illumination of the carvings on
the stone now lying at the NNE.
The spiral on the left flows into the outer circle of a concentric five ring
carving on the right. There was a second, more elaborately carved stone at the
site but this is now in the Tullie House Museum at Carlisle.
Each segment of the scale rod is 5cm, arrow points north (only approximately
because of the shape of the stone and our sad lack of BluTack).
