Ballachnecore

Ballachnecore from the SE.
All of the remaining chamber elements can be seen here. The entrance portals are the two stones far right, and to the left of these is the outer
compartment. A surviving lintel has fallen and now lies transversely at he eastern end of the outer compartment. To the left of this is the inner
compartment. The orthostat far left is not part of the chamber structure and would have been situated underneath the covering cairn material.
The extent of surviving cairn material is visible in the background, particularly top left.
