Entrance to the passage of the southern
chamber.
This entrance shared some of the destruction wrought on the northern entrance,
the passage was roofless for 1.7m in and the northern wall was
almost totally destroyed, so what is seen in the photo above is modern
reconstruction. Strangely, the passage blocking did survive, four slabs were
found stacked across the entrance laid flush with the outer cairn walling.
Another survival was the original paving of the passage.
