Cuween Hill

 

The entrance to the eastern side-cell.
This cell also has a kerb or step in the entrance, this time formed by main chamber walling elements continuing across the opening. The floor level in
the cell is at the same level as the main chamber. The side walls of the opening are irregular compared to those of the N cell, they looked "worn", as
though by much traffic.
The lintel here is also thin and has failed, now supported by a steel reinforcement beam.
