High view of cairn entrance.
The radial placing of the two entrance portal stones is evident here, unfortunately a tree has decided to grow exactly in the centre of the passage making
photography of the site difficult. We are looking directly along the original course of the passage, the one remaining passage wall stone is arrowed yellow.
The original size of the central chamber can be visualised by looking at the large displaced western chamber wall stone visible to the left of the tree trunk and the
still embedded stone of the east wall arrowed red. The surface vegetation conceals three other intact stones neighbouring the eastern stone.
