Note the damage to the rock above the doorway and the domed southern (right) end of the closing plug. This was caused by attempts to gain entry
to the tomb when the plug was still in place. The tomb robbers had no idea that the plug was over a metre long and gave up on their chiselling attempts
in favour of cutting a hole in the roof of the tomb. The hole repair is visible as a slightly lighter patch to the left above the door.
