Lagmore West

High view form the west.
The western circle stone dominates this shot, at 2.34m tall and over 0.6m thick, it is an enormous block and both of the faces are very flat.
The tip of the shadow of the stone is pointing exactly to the displaced lintel stone covering the entrance to the passage.
The red ellipse shows the location of the remains of Lagmore East, possibly another Clava cairn, about 300m to the ENE. The two sites are inter-visible today,
but whether this was true in the afforested time when they were built is unknown.
