The two stones on either side of the entrance are passage walling elements, they are large blocks set radially to the cairn and they protrude out past the line of the
 outer kerb stones. Behind these are two more radial set stones and the large horizontal slab above, which is the first lintel of the passage roofing,
 would have rested on all four, but this now slightly displaced.
