The henge viewed from the NW.
We are looking uphill here as the henge is built on slope, the NW entrance seems
to open directly downhill. At 9m, the entrance
here is wider than that at the SSE. Imagine this view with the
circle stones erect and the tall stones of the cove projecting above them at the
centre.
