Rock Art?

Originally thought to have had 28 stones, we counted 11 standing and 6 fallen in this circle. The northern arc has been seriously depleted, but the southern arc appears virtually intact. An excavation in 1935 revealed that the interior of this circle had been paved with granite and that a paved path some 1.8m wide extended from this circle to the middle ring.
There is supposed to be a triple concentric ring carving on the inner face of the stone at the WNW, we were not convinced, click the Rock Art button above to see for yourself.
While we were photographing the "carving" a really dense sudden fog rolled in, and although we had a compass, it was a struggle to find the carpark. We really had not thought it necessary to waypoint the carpark on our GPS, it was only 200m away!
