Looking SE over the circle centre to the
largest stone and beyond to the outlier.
There is some doubt expressed in the literature as to whether the outlier is
associated
with the circle or is in fact a later boundary marker. We think an alignment as
good as the one shown
above on the largest stone in the circle would seem to suggest a probable
connection!
