The naveta viewed from the south.
The facade and original entrance to the naveta would be in the immediate
foreground of the above photo but this section has
been heavily damaged. The first of three columns can be seen supporting the
roof, these columns are of the "Mediterranean" type,
which taper towards the base. Footings for a fouth column were discovered in the
unroofed section and it is likely that the whole of the
naveta's internal space was covered.
