The view along the temple axis from behind the terminal altar.
We are looking over the outer wall of the
temple here, the large slab in the centre of the photo is the
top-slab of the terminal altar. The inter-apse doorway and the porthole
entrance to the temple are visible
behind the altar slab, whilst the inner apses lie to either side. Just visible past the altar flanking slab
on the right is the porthole doorway leading to the intramural room in the
southern inner apse.
