The disintegration of the limestone slabs
here is really quite extreme, we suspect that the
Temple layout concentrates weathering on these stones as they are probably
comprised
of the same stone as the rest of the Temple.
The oval hole to the right is a
natural feature and not one of the "oracle holes" that can be
seen in Temple 2.
