The "front" of the middle tomb.
Note the lintel stone positioned on top of the portals, beneath the front of the
capstone.
The northern end of the lintel has slipped downwards, making the whole front end
a little precarious. A small stone (just visible above), stands between the
portal stones,
we wondered if this was a sill stone, or perhaps a fragment of a broken
front closure.
The rear of the western tomb's capstone is visible at the back of this tomb's
chamber.
