The short run of upright slabs in the left
foreground stand parallel to, but outside of, the cairn revetment which is visible right background. This structure is roughly level with the rear chamber
of the gallery, its original extent or function is unknown. A similar run occurs on the north side
of
the cairn, this time level with the centre of the court area.
