The edge of the cairn core is in the foreground and the primary outer casing extends out to the vertical groove seen on the right of
the "V" cut, the remaining stonework is the secondary outer casing. The "V" cut is modern, the passage, (and primary casing) once
continued out all the way to the secondary casing. Note the steps down to the passage level and the
 cut-in path, showing how deep the outer platform (grassed area) is even today.
