Tomnaverie recumbent stone circle - 2005

The outer faces of the recumbent and flankers.
We measured the recumbent as 3.2m long, 1m high, and 1.1m deep, the eastern (left) and western (right) flankers were
1.9m and 1.8m high respectively. Note the two pairs of small stones either side of the recumbent, these are modifications
to  the outer kerb of the ringcairn which served to link the newly built circle to the older monument.
